Add dev version to switcher

Note that the link is non-functional. This is just a simple step towards having a dev version, and testing out using the next branch for this.

No QA steps taken.

  • End message with sign off/DCO line (-s, --signoff).
  • Sign commit with your gpg key (-S, --gpg-sign).
  • Squash commits if needed.
• Request PR review by a technical writer and at least one peer.
