Upgrades to Binaryen 126 NOTES: * We still haven't released binaryen.ml for v126 this should be done before merging this. * We are probably going to be stuck on v126 for a bit do to changes in WebAssembly/binaryen#7995 which make binaryen.js use wasm over asm.js which jsoo seems to have issues with.
