Summary

Adds the missing docs/COPILOT_INTEGRATION.md — a comprehensive guide for using GitHub Copilot as a nightshift provider.

Contents

  • Setup — Prerequisites, installation, verification
  • Configurationcopilot_plan presets, monthly_limit, provider preference, permissions
  • Budget & PRUs — How premium request units work, model multiplier table (GPT-4.1=0x free through o3-pro=50x), cost optimization tips
  • Limitations — No external usage visibility, no server-side quota API, no per-task model selection (yet)
  • Troubleshooting — Common errors and fixes

Why

The README references Copilot support and a COPILOT_INTEGRATION.md doc, but the file didn't exist. This fills that gap with practical guidance for Copilot-only users.

Related: Complements #54 (provider Execute wiring) and #55 (PRU budget config).

Comprehensive integration doc covering:
- Prerequisites and installation
- Config with plan presets (free/pro/pro_plus/business/enterprise)
- PRU multiplier table for all supported models
- Budget optimization tips (cheap models for cheap tasks)
- Known limitations (no external usage visibility, no quota API)
- Troubleshooting guide
