This drops the version max in the tinycss2 pin. I'm about to end the Bleach project and this removes one of the fiddly things we had to keep bumping. This also makes Bleach more fragile. Users will own the responsibility for correctness with future versions of tinycss2 going forward.

I run
tox -e py314-tinycss2and it looks all good.
