Overview
Updates the Redis Software OpenAPI spec to document a new GET /v1/cluster/certificates endpoint (requires view_cluster_info).

Adds a ClusterCertificatesResponse schema describing the returned PEM-encoded cert/key fields for various cluster components (API/proxy/CM, internode encryption, LDAP client, metrics exporter, SSO, syncer, etc.).
