Description

Adds an estimates days and estimated hours input to task definitions form.

Type of change

• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)

How Has This Been Tested?

Manually tested that when a task definition form is submitted, the days and hours are converted to minutes and successfully stored in the database. Retrieving this data converts back to days and hours and populates the form successfully.
