This only changes hub addons and not ones used in gatekeeper or api yet. This has also been tested on staging and works a charm. |

This changes hub from using 10 different notifier queues to a
notificationsqueue.Also included is a change from
pusher-livetolive-updates. (implementation agnostic queue)
